David J. Robison Sr., 55, of St. Marys, Pa., suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken by Appleseed Emergency Medical Service to Blanchard Valley Hospital, the Findlay post of the State Highway Patrol reported.
Robison was westbound on U.S. 30 at about 4:18 p.m. when he drove his 2014 Chevrolet Cruze off the left side of the highway into the median, according to the patrol.
The car then vaulted off the overpass and traveled about 100 feet before hitting the east-side guardrail on U.S. 68, according to the patrol. The Cruze then overturned and stopped on the west-side guardrail of U.S. 68, according to the patrol.
The car had severe damage and was towed by R&A Towing.
Troopers said Robison was wearing a seat belt and alcohol did not appear to be a factor.
The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office and Arlington Fire Department assisted at the accident scene. The crash remains under investigation.
