Courier carriers fight sub-zero cold, but expect some delays

Some Courier carriers are still working their routes in the sub-zero cold and wind chills.  Rural carriers are working against ice and snow drifts on roads, and more significant delays are expected in the country.

“We appreciate your patience as the carriers make every effort to get their deliveries accomplished,” said Courier Circulation Manager Rob Jenney.

Phyllis Stall of Finday said “it was a pleasure and a very special surprise” to get her newspaper in her front door this morning.
