Two women from West Virginia are being held in the Hancock County jail after marijuana and pills were found during a traffic stop Thursday morning on Interstate 75, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Troopers stopped a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu, with Tennessee registration, for a speed violation at 2:20 a.m. Thursday on I-75 near mile marker 158 in Findlay.

During interaction with the driver, Danielle Clark, 26, of Huntington, W. Va., troopers observed marijuana in plain view. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed 1,206 Oxycodone pills and a gram of marijuana, worth a combined $28,335.

Both Clark and her passenger, Melissa Chaffins, 38, of Huntington, W. Va., were arrested and charged with possession of Oxycodone, a second-degree felony.
