Coroner: Man found in truck died of natural causes

A Toledo man, who was found dead Friday in a pickup truck in a Findlay McDonald’s parking lot, died of natural causes.

Brian Domanski, 39, died from an acute coronary artery dissection, Hancock County Coroner Dr. Mark Fox reported.

Domanski died around Jan. 4, meaning his body sat in the truck for about two weeks before it was found, Fox said.

Domanski was last seen on his father’s birthday, Jan. 3. His father, Dan, reported him missing to Toledo police on Jan. 13.

Toledo’s ABC television station said Domanski lived in Toledo, but commuted to work in Columbus Grove and had an apartment in Ottawa for his job.

Dan Domanski and his wife searched for their son, and spotted his truck Friday afternoon in a parking lot near the McDonald’s on Trenton Avenue, the television station reported. He was slumped at the wheel, the station said.
