Defiance County crash kills 2

Two Defiance residents were killed today when the driver of one car lost control and hit another vehicle.
Lucas J. Carnahan, the driver, 25, of Defiance, and his passenger, Constance M. Gray, 23, of Defiance, were both killed, according to the highway patrol. The driver of the vehicle Carnahan hit, Bradley E. Bodenbender, 20, of Bryan, Ohio, received minor injuries and was transported to Defiance Regional Hospital by Tiffin Township EMS.
The crash occurred at 11:30 a.m. on State Route 66,  just north of Banner School Road in Tiffin, according to highway patrol.
Carnahan was not wearing a seat belt, but Gray and Bodenbender both were, according to the patrol.
The Defiance County Sheriff’s office also assisted in the incident.
