A wind chill warning issued by the National Weather Service for Hancock, Seneca, Wood and Wyandot counties has expired.
The wind chill warning had been cancelled earlier this morning for Putnam, Henry, Allen and Hardin counties.
While temperatures will rise throughout the day to a high of about 14, winds will still be at around 16 to 18 mph, creating wind chills below minus 10 for most of the morning.
Mostly clear skies with breezy conditions are expected tonight and Thursday, with a low of 6 overnight and a high of 27 on Thursday. Snow is expected Thursday night and Friday, with a rain/snow mix on Saturday and a high near 35.
