WHARTON — Fire damaged a home near Wharton on Monday, according to the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office.
The house at 19167 Township 42 was fully engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived, the sheriff’s office said. The blaze was reported at 4:09 p.m.
Mutual aid was provided to Wharton by fire departments from Carey, Delaware Township in Hancock County, and Upper Sandusky.
There was no report of injuries, according to the sheriff’s office.
Firefighters remained at the scene Monday night and additional details were not available.
