Two people were injured in a crash that occurred at the intersection of Wyandot County 91 and Wyandot County 47 just after 1 p.m. Wednesday.
Mark Reigle, 63, of Sycamore, and Alec Reigle, 3, of Nevada, were hit when Cheryl Pfeiffer, 55, of Wharton, failed to yield to their vehicle at the intersection, according to the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office. Reigle’s car struck the front right side of Pfeiffer’s car, according to the sheriff’s report.
Mark Reigle was transported to Wyandot Memorial Hospital by Upper Sandusky EMS with “incapacitating” injuries, and Alec Reigle was transported to the same facility with only minor injuries.
Road conditions were wet and everyone involved had their seat belts on at the time of the crash, according to the report. Alcohol was not a factor in the accident.
