The National Weather Service says 1 to 3 inches of snow could fall on the area Saturday, and another half-inch on Saturday night.
The weather service forecasts a high Saturday of 36 degrees, and a low Saturday night of around 23.
But WTOL meteorologist Robert Shiels isn’t expecting much snow. He says there is a chance of rain and snow showers Saturday, with a high of 39 degrees. Shiels says a “minor accumulation of snow is possible.”
Any snow won’t stick around for long. Sunday’s high temperature is predicted to be in the upper 40s, and Monday’s high is expected to be in the low 60s.
