A Pemberville man was sentenced to 30 days in a work release program for photographing women at an area tanning salon.
Casey Miller, 27, pleaded no contest and was found guilty this afternoon in Findlay Municipal Court to six counts of voyeurism, a second-degree misdemeanor.
Findlay police say Miller snapped images by hoisting his cellphone over tanning booth walls at Tan Pro, 1040 Interstate Court.
Miller was further ordered to register as a Tier I sex offender and complete a counseling program.
Courier reporter Ryan Dunn will have more in Thursday’s newspaper.
