Man indicted on assault charge following dispute at The Cube

A Findlay man has been indicted after a reported assault at The Cube.

Austin D. Hickle, 24, was charged with a fourth-degree felony of aggravated assault stemming from a March 29 dispute. Hickle is charged with acting suddenly at the provocation of Ian Fleck, according to his indictment.

Fleck, 30, of Findlay, was treated at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo for head injuries following an incident with another attendee of a mixed martial arts event.

Courier reporter Ryan Dunn will have additional indictments from the Hancock County grand jury in Thursday’s paper.
