Motorists are advised to use caution while traveling on Interstate 75 near Findlay Monday and Wednesday night.
Construction crews will make short-term stops in traffic between the hours of 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. Both northbound and southbound traffic will be affected on Monday night. Only northbound traffic will be affected on Wednesday night.
Workers will be setting beams on the new bridge for U.S. 224 during the traffic stops.
Law enforcement will slow traffic approaching the interchange and direct traffic onto exit ramps at the U.S. 224 interchange.
Traffic on the ramps will then be allowed to turn onto U.S. 224, or proceed onto the entrance ramp and re-enter the interstate. Traffic will also be allowed to cross the bridge over the interstate.
Traffic stops are expected to last up to 20 minutes, and then traffic will be allowed to clear before another stop.
Lane restrictions will continue for the rest of the week between 8 p.m. and 10 a.m. in the both the northbound and southbound lanes while overhead work is done on the bridge.
