Arlington man charged with soliciting

BOWLING GREEN — A Hancock County man was among several arrested in a prostitution sting.

Paul Sciuga, 51, of Arlington, was arrested and charged Tuesday with solicitation of prostitution, a third-degree misdemeanor, according to the Wood County Sheriff’s Office.

Seven others from the Toledo region were arrested on similar charges following the sting inside a Bowling Green hotel. Their charges are pending in Bowling Green Municipal Court, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

The sheriff’s offices of Wood, Ottawa and Wyandot counties, Bowling Green Police Department and Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation staged the human trafficking enforcement operation.
