Kenton woman injured in Hancock County 140 crash

A Kenton woman suffered minor injuries in a single-vehicle accident this morning on Hancock County 140, northwest of Findlay, the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Alexandria Johansen, 19, was taken by Hanco Ambulance to Blanchard Valley Hospital, where she was treated, according to the sheriff’s report.
The crash occurred about 11:56 a.m. on Hancock County 140, south of Hancock County 99.
Johansen was driving a 2011 Honda Civic south on Hancock County 140 when she went off the west side of the road, overcorrected and lost control on wet pavement, Deputy Tamara House reported. The car then went off the west side of the road again and rolled several times.
Johansen was cited for operation without reasonable control, according to House.
Hancock County 140 was closed for a short time to clear the wreckage, House reported. The car was heavily damaged and towed by Lowery’s Towing. Allen Township Fire Department assisted at the accident scene.
