Downtown Findlay renovations get state tax credits

A downtown Findlay project is getting an Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit for $325,000.

The two buildings near the Hancock County Courthouse will be renovated into six apartments and office space as part of a $2.4 million redevelopment by Findlay-area investors.  They are the  former Davis and Knights of Columbus buildings to the south of the courthouse.

The state was to make a formal announcement of the credits at a news conference today.
