Motorcycle crash injures Findlay man

McCOMB — A 59-year-old Findlay man was injured in a motorcycle crash Thursday night on Ohio 235, north of McComb.
Mark Yingling was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital by PMP Emergency Medical Service, the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office reported. He was wearing a helmet, but his medical status was unknown early today, the sheriff’s office said.
Yingling was riding a 2003 Harley-Davidson motorcycle south on Ohio 235, south of the Wood County line, about 9:51 p.m. when he failed to negotiate a curve and the motorcycle went off the east side of the road into a ditch, the sheriff’s office said. Yingling was ejected during the crash, the sheriff’s office said.
The accident remained under investigation early today.
Assisting at the crash scene were McComb police and fire departments and Lovell’s Towing.
