Cyclist injured in Findlay crash

A young Findlay bicyclist was injured and cited Tuesday following a collision with a vehicle.
Mason Salyers, 12, of Findlay, was weaving between lanes at about 12:22 p.m. Tuesday while riding north in the 1300 block of Washington Avenue, according to Findlay police.
A northbound motorist, Steven Wolf, 48, of Findlay, honked at Salyers from his Ford Ranger, but Salyers was wearing headphones, police said.
Salyers crashed into the side of Wolf’s truck, according to police.
Salyers was cited for reckless operation of a bicycle. He was transported to Blanchard Valley Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries, according to police.
