Findlay man charged in stabbing

Findlay police have arrested a man for reportedly stabbing another city resident.

Cody G. Helms, 22, was charged with stabbing Steven Devries, 24, once at about 11:05 a.m. Friday, police said.

The two men were in a dispute at the Circle K parking lot, 100 Crystal Ave., police said.

Hanco Ambulance transported Devries to Blanchard Valley Hospital. Helms was charged with felonious assault and incarcerated at the Hancock County jail, according to police.

hmmm , seem to me I see the name cody helms an awful lot in police beat, court reports and such . cant they keep him in jail or does he have johhny cochren for an attorney?
