State troopers say they discovered about 4 pounds of marijuana in a North Carolina man’s vehicle when he was stopped on Interstate 75 in Findlay.
A rented 2014 Honda Civic was stopped at about 10:50 p.m. Friday for speeding on Interstate 75 near U.S. 224, according to the Findlay post of the State Highway Patrol. Individually-wrapped vacuum-sealed bags of hydroponic marijuana were found in the car, the patrol said. They were valued at about $18,000, according to the patrol.
Mark Nour, 29, of Garner, North Carolina, was charged with possession of marijuana, a third-degree felony, and possession of more than 6 grams of hashish, a fourth-degree misdemeanor. He was taken to the Hancock County jail.
