A Lima man was injured in a two-vehicle accident that happened at 9:40 a.m. at the intersection of Hancock County 236 and Fostoria Avenue.
Findlay police said J. Norbert Howe, 87, was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital with neck pain and some cuts.
Connie Grunden, 51, of Bloomdale, was driving a 2013 Ford Taurus south on Hancock County 236, following a semitrailer, when she drove through a red light. Officers determined she had been driving too closely behind the semitrailer to see the light change.
Howe, driving a 2011 Toyota Avalon, was driving east on Fostoria Avenue, had a green light, and hit the Taurus on the rear passenger side.
Grunden was cited for disobeying a traffic control device.
