The Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in tracking down a man who robbed the First Federal Bank in Harpster today.

The robbery happened at about 12:30 p.m.

The robber was described as a white male, about 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighing 230 pounds, with a thick mustache and brown hair.

The robber entered the bank, handed a note to a teller, and left with an unknown amount of cash. No weapon was shown, the sheriff’s office said.

The robber apparently fled the bank on foot, but may have gotten into a small, dark-colored car, the sheriff’s office said.
