Findlay man sentenced to 15 years on drug trafficking charges

A Findlay man convicted of six counts of various degrees of trafficking in different drugs was sentenced Tuesday to 15 and a half years in prison and a $17,500 fine.

Darius Godley, 47, was convicted Aug. 19 of trafficking in heroin, two counts, each a fifth-degree felony, trafficking in cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, possession of cocaine, a first-degree felony, possession of heroin, a second-degree felony and aggravated possession of drugs, specifically acetaminophen and oxycodone hydrocholride, a fifth-degree felony.

Godley was given credit for 360 days in prison. He has filed to waive the fine due to indigency.
