Findlay woman honored as top Ohio State Highway Patrol dispatcher

A local Ohio State Highway Patrol dispatcher was honored Friday as the organization’s Dispatcher of the Year.
Dispatcher Tina M. Frey, of the Findlay Dispatch Center, was recognized as the 2017 Dispatcher of the Year, according to an Ohio State Highway Patrol press release.
The release cited her “calm demeanor, positive attitude and commitment to service” as what stood out from other nominees.
Frey also serves as a dispatcher training officer, according to the release. She joined the service in 2004.
