A Tuesday night fire destroyed this duplex on Findlays Payne Avenue and burned the siding of a neighboring building.
Seventeen firefighters and four trucks responded when the blaze was reported at 8:19 p.m. at 1711 Payne Ave., and the fire was brought until control at 9:01 p.m.
The burned building is near Morrical Boulevard, in the West Park area.
The American Red Cross arrived to provide aid to residents of the burned duplex.
Findlay firefighters planned to keep a fire watch overnight in case the blaze rekindled. Additional details were not available late Tuesday.
