The Hancock Leadership Alumni Association will host its annual Comedy Night at 8 p.m. Feb. 14 at the Senior Center, 339 E. Melrose Ave. Doors will open at 7 p.m.
This year’s event will open with comedienne Kennedy O’Reilly, who transforms her observations of human behavior into playful folk songs.

The featured comedian is Tim Rowlands. Rowlands is primarily a club performer, spending about 40 weeks a year on the road with his comedy juggling routine. A novelty act for over six years, Rowlands performed in the first Hancock Leadership Alumni Association’s Comedy Night in 2010.
“Clean comedian” Mike Green is the event’s headliner. Green was the winner of both the Las Vegas Comedy Festival and the New York Comedy Expo in 2011. Also in 2011, he was named Hour magazine’s comedian of the year and was the winner of the best clean comedian at Gilda’s Laugh Festival. Green is also a writer/performer on Fox Sports Detroit.
He began doing stand-up comedy in 1986 and has a background in improvisation. In 2009 he was selected to perform at the Las Vegas Gaming Commission’s G2E.
