The Hancock Leadership Class of 2014 will design and distribute emergency preparedness guides to Hancock County households as its class project.
The guide will be a color, tabbed booklet that will provide quick tips and contact information for what to do in the event of a wide array of emergencies, from natural disasters to child safety/missing children.
The class will be working with Impact America to produce the booklets. It will be funding the project in large part through local corporate sponsorships and donations, as well as coordinating the Hancock Leadership Alumni Association’s Comedy night today and hosting a collective/craft beer tasting March 6.
Individuals or companies interested in sponsoring a page of the guide are asked to call Tim Chrulski at 419-427-3930.
