Scholarship opportunities are available from the Marie Berry Educational Fund.
The fund, created from the estate of Marie Dodge Berry, awards scholarships to students who have graduated from a state chartered school in Hancock County. It is dedicated to students who have financial need and wish to pursue a two-year or four-year degree program at a community college, accredited college or university, trade school or business school of their choosing.
The scholarship is for a full-time student and is renewable for up to three additional years.

Applications are due to the Hancock County Educational Service Center, 7746 County Road 140, by 4 p.m. March 28. Applications received after March 28 will not be accepted.
