Findlay First Church of the Nazarene
The Findlay First Church of the Nazarene will hold its Twice Blessed spring/summer children’s consignment sale April 10-12.
The sale will be held in the Family Life Center of the church, 2501 Broad Ave., from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. April 10, and from 9 a.m. to noon April 11 and 12. Items will be sold for half-price April 12.
Over 100 consignors will offer maternity clothing and clothing for children of all ages, as well as toys, baby gear and furniture.

First UM, Ada
ADA — The First United Methodist Church of Ada will celebrate the groundbreaking of its new church at 301 N. Main St., Ada, at noon Sunday.
All are welcome to bring a shovel.

New Hope UM
RAWSON — The Living Waters Gospel Singers will perform for the 10 a.m. service April 6 at Rawson New Hope United Methodist Church.
The local group of musicians has a country sound accompanied by guitars, banjos and a mandolin.
Trinity Evangelical Lutheran, Jenera
JENERA — The fifth Lenten service at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Jenera, will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Vicar Billy King from Immanuel Lutheran Church, Findlay, will preach on “The Garden of Passion.” The choir will sing.
The Ladies’ Aid organization will serve a chili supper from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Van Buren UM
VAN BUREN — The Keepers men’s group of Van Buren United Methodist Church will hold its eighth annual steak supper from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. April 5.
The menu will include baked cube steak or salisbury steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetable, salad, roll, drink and dessert.
Dinners are $8 each. There is no charge for children under 10 if accompanied by parents. Tickets may be purchased in advance from any member of the men’s group, or at the supper. Carry out will be available.
Proceeds will be used by the Keepers on church projects.
