Scholarships given by Findlay Rotary Club

The Findlay Rotary Club has awarded several scholarships to recent high school graduates, and two to college students who are graduates of area high schools.
Rotary Club Scholarships of $3,750 were given to Alyssa Willow and Michelle Flanagan. Willow, a 2014 graduate of Arlington High School, is the daughter of Tom and Anita Willow. Flanagan, a Van Buren High School graduate, is the daughter of Kevin and Karen Flanagan.
The $1,000 John W. Hollington Scholarship has been awarded to 2014 Findlay High School graduate Celeste LaFleur. She is the daughter of James and Elaine LaFleur.
The $1,000 Beth Heck Scholarship has been awarded to Emily Schaefer, a 2014 Findlay High School graduate. She is the daughter of Ken and Deb Schaefer.
Two students have received second-year renewals for the Findlay Rotary Club scholarship. Jessica Blubaugh, a 2013 graduate of Findlay High School, is attending Indiana Wesleyan University. She is the daughter of Daniel and Sharon Blubaugh. Patrick Heaston, a 2013 graduate of Arcadia High School, is attending University of Evansville. His parents are Edward and Candy Heaston.
The Richard E. “Dick” Daugherty Scholarship was awarded to Anna K. Schumm.
Schumm, a 2014 graduate of Findlay High School, is the daughter of Eric and Mary Lynn Schumm. She plans to attend Ursuline College in the fall to pursue a degree in fashion design and fashion merchandising and a minor in business administration.
