NORTH BALTIMORE — A community forum to discuss the possibility of a Kiwanis International Club in North Baltimore will be held today.
The meeting takes place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the community room at the North Baltimore McDonald’s on Deshler Road.
Representatives from the Kiwanis Clubs of Bowling Green and Findlay, cosponsors of the new club opening, will be on hand to discuss the mission and programs of Kiwanis, a global service and leadership organization.
Founded in 1915, Kiwanis now includes nearly 600,000 members of all ages in more than 15,000 clubs for youth and adults in 80 nations and geographic areas.
