ArtWalk 5:00 pm
ArtWalk @ Downtown Findlay
Nov 6 @ 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Fall has come and the cool winds have begun to blow. It’s time to head to downtown Findlay for ArtWalk to celebrate with art, music, food, entertainment and shopping. On Friday, Nov. 6, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., the Arts Partnership will host this semi-annual event, sponsored by First Federal Bank. Downtown will be open to showcase the businesses, restaurants, artists, performers and musicians from throughout our community. ArtWalk, a celebration of the arts and the creative minds that make it, has allowed local artists, downtown businesses, and restaurants to form a connection that draws thousands of spectators to downtown to see what Findlay has to offer. In addition to strolling through individual businesses, participants can view pieces of art from local artists and watch performers from the Ohio area. Guests may also take advantage of offers, sales, demonstrations and tastings that many businesses and restaurants offer for this event. Visiting ArtWalk this year are the Amazing Giants, a group of stilt-walkers and entertainers. The Amazing Giants, fire and flow artists — experts in hoop dance and fire spinning — will be roaming the streets and entertaining ArtWalk attendees. To view a list of the participating businesses and artists performing or being showcased, visit A printable version of this information will be available on the website as well. As part of the celebration of the Findlay High School Orchestra’s 110th anniversary, 16 painted violins and violin sculptures, painted by local artists and art educators, will be on display at the Jones Mansion during ArtWalk. The violins are available for preview prior to a silent auction to be held at the orchestra’s anniversary pops concert on Nov. 21 at Findlay High School. ArtWalk is a free event. For more information, visit or call 419-422-4624. The Arts Partnership is located at 618 S. Main St., Findlay. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
