If you would like to put your child on the waiting list for next year’s Art Camp, please email Terry Olthouse, education coordinator, at olthouse@findlay.edu. The Mazza Museum hosts a week-long Summer Art Camp for elementary students in the Findlay area. During the camp, children learn how to illustrate their own picture books using different media based on inspiration of the artwork in the Mazza Museum. The culmination is a family celebration with the students as the guests who participate in a book signing for their fans.

Courtyard concerts are every Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. starting on June 23 until August 11. Courtyard Concerts are free for the public to enjoy. Food and drink are available from local restaurants for purchase. This week’s entertainment is James Adkins, with food and drink available from Fin’s Seafood & Grille.

For more than six decades, music has entertained area residents and visitors during the Riverside Summer Concert Series, held at Findlay’s historic Riverside Park in the Allen P. Dudley Memorial Band Shell. Volunteer musicians and guest performers have been rehearsing long hours due to this rich tradition. Still free for all to enjoy, applause is their reward. Relax down by the Old Millstream and listen to the live sounds of popular tunes from then and now. Bring friends and plan a picnic, come clap, hum, or sing along! This night’s performers are Klaberheads.

BLUFFTON — Bluffton Mennonite Home’s Concert on the Lawn featuring the Lima Area Concert Band, has been rescheduled for 6:30 p.m. Aug. 15. The concert was postponed in June due to rain. The free event will include free ice cream, popcorn and drinks. Spectators should bring their own lawn chair. This year’s show celebrates Mennonite Memorial Home’s 60th anniversary. The concert will include music from the 1950s and 1960s in addition to some patriotic selections. Bluffton Mennonite Home is located at 410 W. Elm St., Bluffton.
