Angela Perley & The Howlin’ Moons 9:00 pm
Angela Perley & The Howlin’ Moons @ Alexandria's
Dec 12 @ 9:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Angela Perley & The Howlin’ Moons will bring their original roots rock music to Alexandria’s Gastropub in Findlay on Dec. 12. Ohio native Perley is a dynamic frontwoman who commands the stage with her booming voice and incisive lyrics. Backed by the Howlin’ Moons, Perley is winning over nonbelievers the old-fashioned way: tireless touring and well-crafted albums such as 2014’s Hey Kid. Songs such as the barnstorming hard rocker “Hurricane” and the rootsier, pedal steel-driven “Ghost” are irresistible earworms with indelible choruses. Perley’s band features longtime friends Billy Zehnal and Chris Connor on bass and lead guitar and Jeff Martin on drums.
