Technology help offered at library

OTTAWA — The Putnam County District Library in Ottawa will offer free help with electronic devices such as Kindles, iPads and smartphones from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday. Registration is required by calling 419-523-3747. Those attending should bring their device.
