Bluffton Senior Center sets 2014 trip schedule

BLUFFTON — Several trips have been scheduled by the Bluffton Senior Citizens.
A mystery trip will leave the Senior Center, 132 N. Main St., Bluffton, at 8:30 a.m. April 24. The cost is $50 which includes a buffet lunch and motor coach transportation.
A nine-day, eight-night trip is planned for Chicago, the Badlands, Black Hills and Mount Rushmore, leaving May 31. Other stops include the Wisconsin Dells, Corn Palace, Wall Drug Store, Crazy Horse Mountain, Custer State Park and Deadwood. The cost for double occupancy is $1,035.
Scotland is the destination of a trip scheduled July 14-23. The 10-day, nine-night trip will include cathedrals, distilleries, universities and museums in Glasgow, the Isle of Arran, Edinburgh and Inverness. The price is $3,952 for double occupancy.
Showtime at Plain City’s Der Dutchman is planned July 8, featuring an Amish-style family dinner and “Crazy Bout Country” show. The cost is $65.
A five-day, four-night tour leaving Sept. 28 will visit Mackinac Island and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Stops include Frankenmuth Village, Bronner’s Christmas Village, a horse and carriage tour of Mackinac Island and a dinner cruise through the Soo Locks. The price is $634 for double occupancy.
