Program will provide assistance with services

The Alcohol/Drug Addiction/Mental Health Services board is offering “Helping Hands Connecting You,” a program to help those in need of social and other services.
Sessions will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. the last Tuesday of each month, beginning Tuesday, in the Dock at St. Marks United Methodist Church, 800 S. Main St.
The program is offered to anyone in the community. Visitors will be able to speak with representatives from several different agencies who can explain what services they have available and help make appointments for additional assistance. No appointments are necessary for the Tuesday sessions and there is no cost to attend.
