FAL to present 32nd annual photo show

The Findlay Art League’s Photo 32 show will open at 7 p.m. Friday, with awards presented at 7:30 p.m. The opening and photographers’ reception is open to the public.
The show features photographs by local and regional talent. Photographic media include black and white film, digital color and more.
The best of show award went to Lisa Ruggiero-Wawrzyniak for her digital color print “I’m Watching.”
Juror’s awards went to Breanna Ridgeway, “Fortitude;” Ed Corle, “Dance;” and Sean Ferry, “Balloon Burst.” The juror’s award for color also went to Corle for “Tracing II.” The juror’s award for black and white went to Jane Vanden Eynden for “Waiting.”
Honorable mention awards went to Ridgeway, “Faded Youth;” Lisa Ruggiero-Wawrzyniak, “Baby Doll;” Linda Brown, “Wandering Soul;” Melanie Keller, “Pinhole, Owens;” Timothy Wiegand, “Hard at Work;” and Dorothyann Strange, “Fright or Flight?”
The judge for the show was Spencer Cunningham, photography professor at the University of Findlay. Co-chairs are Robert and Karen Minto.
Gallery hours for the show are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The show will close at 2 p.m. March 28.
