Ohio State University Extension, Hancock County’s Basic Money Management workshop will be offered twice in March.
The class will be held from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Family Center, room 118, 1800 N. Blanchard St., and from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. March 27 at the Hancock County Agricultural Service Center, 7868 County Road 140.
The 90-minute workshop discusses how values, beliefs and emotions affect spending decisions. Participants will also learn how to evaluate wants and needs, develop and manage a spending plan, and discover ways to find money in unexpected places.
