Arlington UM
ARLINGTON — The Mission Committee of the Arlington United Methodist Church will hold a benefit luncheon in its fellowship hall from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday for Allison Lutz, a 31-year-old mother of two who was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in October.
All proceeds will benefit Lutz’s family for her growing medical costs. Sandwiches, salads, desserts and drinks will be served for a freewill offering.
The church is located at 230 S. Main St., Arlington.
Beech Grove Wesleyan
CAREY — A spaghetti supper will be held from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. today at the Beech Grove Wesleyan Church, 16054 County Highway 4, Carey.
Donations will be accepted to benefit the church’s youth camp.
Gilboa UM
GILBOA — The Gilboa United Methodist Church, 102 Franklin St., Gilboa, will host a free spaghetti supper for the community from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Good Shepherd UM
BENTON RIDGE — Children of the Light present a concert at 6 p.m. Sunday at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 119 W. Main St., Benton Ridge.
The group, a teen ministry of Findlay Area Youth for Christ, will present music, testimonies and drama. Admission is free but a love offering will be taken.
Healing Streams Pentecostal Church of God
OTTAWA — The Healing Streams Pentecostal Church of God, 3695 U.S. 224, Ottawa, will host a four-part video series, “The Gospel of Matthew,” based on the New International Version of the Bible, at 6 p.m. every Sunday from March 23 to April 13.
Each video lasts about an hour.
Howard UM
RaNae Street, director of discipleship resources of the West Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church, will be the guest speaker at the 9 a.m. service Sunday at Howard United Methodist Church, 220 Cherry St.
Street’s topic will be “Christ’s Strategies for Making Disciples.”
A contemporary service will be held at 6 p.m. Sunday in the social room of the church.
Jericho Road
NORTH BALTIMORE — Jericho Road will hold a CD release concert at 6 p.m. March 29 at the Petro Truck Stop, Iron Skillet Restaurant, 12900 Deshler Road, North Baltimore.
Mount Blanchard UM
MOUNT BLANCHARD — The Broken Ground praise band will provide the music during a contemporary worship service at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at the Mount Blanchard United Methodist Church.
Pandora UM
PANDORA — Pandora United Methodist Church, 108 E. Washington St., Pandora, will host its free monthly community meal from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday in the fellowship hall of the church.
The menu will include spaghetti, bread sticks, salad, dessert and beverage.
St. Paul’s UM
Effective Sunday, St. Paul United Methodist Church will hold worship services at Glenwood Middle School until the congregation is able to return to its fire-damaged sanctuary.
A single service will continue to be offered at 9:30 a.m.
Trinity Evangelical Lutheran, Jenera
JENERA — The fourth Lenten service in the series “From Garden to Glory” will be held at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 301 N. Main St., Jenera, at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Pastor Jeff Bolwerk will speak on ‘The Garden of Paradise” and the choir will sing.
A light supper will be served from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. by the Sunday morning Bible class.
