PANDORA — Registration for May food boxes, provided by the churches of Pandora and Gilboa, is due by 5 p.m. Thursday by calling 419-384-3038.
Boxes will be available for pick up at 11 a.m. May 31 at Grace Mennonite Church, 502 E. Main St., Pandora.
First Presbyterian, Fostoria
FOSTORIA — As a tribute to all mothers, Fostoria’s First Presbyterian Church will provide mothers and their families with a free continental breakfast and family photograph Sunday.
The breakfast of homemade rolls, coffee and juice will be served from 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. in Harrison Hall. Photos will be taken at the same time.
Worship will be held at 10:30 a.m. in the sanctuary.

MOUNT BLANCHARD — Mothers will be honored during a Mother’s Day service at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at Mount Blanchard United Methodist Church.
A video will be presented and there will be a prize drawing for mothers.
Roman Catholic Diocese of Toledo
TOLEDO — Monsignor Christopher Vasko will celebrate the Diocese of Toledo’s fifth annual Blue Mass at the Historic Church of St. Patrick, 130 Avondale Ave., Toledo, at 10 a.m. May 18.
Beginning with a procession of Toledo Firefighters Pipes and Drums and a color guard comprised of various police agencies, the Mass celebrates law enforcement and those who risk their lives to serve their community. It gives those in attendance an opportunity to pray for officers currently in service, retirees and those who have lost their lives.

Separately, the Diocese of Toledo will host “Beloved and Beautiful”, a women’s conference, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 17 at the Bowling Green State University Stroh Center, 1535 E. Wooster St., Bowling Green.
Amanda St. Hilaire, morning show reporter for WTOL-TV, will serve as master of ceremonies for the day-long conference.
Dr. Meg Meeker, a pediatrician, author and parenting, teens and children’s health expert, will speak.
Also featured will be Sister Ann Shields, S.G.L., a conference and retreat speaker and author of numerous books on Catholic spirituality. She currently hosts a daily radio program, “Food for the Journey.”
Singer, pianist and composer Amanda Vernon will sing, and DeVon Dunlap, of Continental, a missionary for Generation Life, will speak. Also speaking will be Mitch Kaiser, a recent graduate of Bowling Green State University who was involved with campus ministry at St. Thomas More University Parish.
The retreat will also feature live music, videos, eucharistic adoration with the Ignite Worship Band, reconciliation, break-out sessions including a session for young women, and a vendor’s area along with other opportunities for spiritual development. The day will conclude with a celebration of Mass with the Rev. Walter (Tad) R. Oxley, a priest of the Diocese of Toledo.

St. Andrew’s UM
The annual worship celebration presented by the choirs and ensembles of St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church will be held at the 9 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. services Sunday.
This year’s theme, “Remember, Celebrate, Arise!” will honor the church’s history in the community and reflect on the “saints” that help create its footprint.
The worship will also celebrate the congregation’s musical talent. Five vocal choirs, an adult handbell choir, three children/youth choirs and an instrumental ensemble will offer old and new melodies in different musical styles and presentations.
The musical worship is under the direction of music directors Celia Stockton and Bev Roby.

JENERA — St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, Jenera, will hold its semi-annual congregational meeting at 10:15 a.m. Sunday.
Members will be given the status of the new buidling.
