Youth program set

OTTAWA — The Putnam County District Library in Ottawa will host a “Color Paint War” and show a movie at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday for youth in grades five through 12.
Activities will include a paint war, balloon toss, messy Twister and a rainbow cake. Those attending should come dressed in old white clothing and bring artillery, an extra change of clothes and a signed movie form. The grand prize summer reading program drawing winners will also be announced.
