Open house set at historic school

PANDORA — An open house will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 8 and 9 at the Bridenbaugh School in Pandora, during the Riley Creek Festival.
The building has been fully restored and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
At 10 a.m. on Aug. 8, Darrell Groman will portray James Riley as he presents “Little Known Facts of Sea Captain James Riley and How the Creek Was Named” as well as “Little Known Facts of Riley Creek.”
