Human trafficking panel will present at university

The Hancock County Chapter of the Northwest Ohio Rescue and Restore Coalition will host its first human trafficking awareness event Jan. 25 in the University of Findlay’s Alumni Memorial Union.

A panel of local, state and federal experts in the field will answer questions and talk about their work, and a survivor of human trafficking will share their story. Doors open at 6 p.m., with the panel beginning at 6:30.

The event is free and open to the public.
