Bible Fellowship Church, 11906 W. Fellowship Drive, Arlington, will host a free family carnival from 6:30-8 p.m. Sept. 12 to kick off its weekly KYB (Knowing Your Bible) program. The carnival will feature games, inflatables and snacks. KYB is open to children ages 4 through 12th grade and meets Wednesday evenings. Fall Fest, a sensory-friendly event presented by Friends of BVS, will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15 at Blanchard Valley Center. Activities include pumpkin painting, face painting, a photo booth, train rides, carnival games, sensory station and food.

Bluffton’s 15th annual Fall Festival takes place throughout the community from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Daren Lee of Mennonite Home Communities of Ohio, festival coordinator, says the festival features free family-oriented activities including live music, a fishing derby, special sales at downtown retailers and lots of food. Buses will travel between all locations at scheduled intervals. Signs at each “bus stop” will show the schedule, which is also available on the Bluffton Fall Festival Facebook page or at www.blufftonfallfestival.com. Parking is available at each location as well. Fall Festival locations and schedules include: Maple Crest Senior Living, 700 Maple Crest Court Antique tractor show, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Live music by Jim Boedecker, 11-11:45 a.m. and 1-1:45 p.m. Kiddie tractor pull: registration from 12:30-1 p.m., pull at 1 Fishing derby (bait and poles provided), 2-3 p.m. Food sold 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Mennonite Memorial Home, 410 W.
