Two men indicted on theft-related charges

A Hancock County grand jury on Tuesday indicted two men on theft-related charges.
Michael J. Riggle, 38, of Reynoldsburg, was charged with breaking and entering, possessing criminal tools and possessing heroin, all fifth-degree felonies.
On Saturday, Riggle allegedly trespassed at the construction site of Hilton Garden Inn, at the corner of Interstate Drive and Northridge Road in Liberty Township, to commit theft.
The indictment alleges Riggle was found with a bolt cutter and less than 1 gram of heroin.
Separately, Ted Oliver-Price III, 20, of Detroit, was charged with a fourth-degree felony count of receiving stolen property and a third-degree felony count of failure to comply with the signal of a police officer.
On Jan. 26 in Findlay and Allen Township, Oliver-Price allegedly had a stolen 2002 Dodge and led police on a chase. Troopers with the Findlay post of the State Highway Patrol arrested Oliver-Price after a chase on Interstate 75 in Hancock and Wood counties.
