Fire damages McComb residence

McCOMB — Fire severely damaged an East Perrin Avenue home in McComb, fire officials reported Monday.
The blaze at 224 E. Perrin Ave. displaced the family of Matt and Cristy Cramner and two children.
No one was home when the fire was reported at 11:58 a.m., and no injuries were reported, according to McComb Fire Chief Mike Voland.
The cause of the fire, which started on the first floor, had not been determined Monday night, the fire chief said.
The State Fire Marshal’s Office and McComb Fire Department are expected to be at the scene today to investigate the cause. The home was insured.
The Red Cross was contacted to assist the family.
Mutual aid to McComb firefighters was provided by the Allen Township Fire Department.
Firefighters remained at the scene until 3:30 p.m. Monday.
