Hardin County crash injures 2

McGUFFEY — Two McGuffey men sustained non-life threatening injuries in a single-vehicle rollover crash on Ohio 195 near Hardin County 90, north of McGuffey at 4:22 p.m. Saturday, the Findlay post of the State Highway Patrol reported.
Roger A. Parkins, 22, was driving a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee southbound when it went off the left side of the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned, the patrol reported.
Parkins and his passenger, Jack R. Parkins, 68, were transported to St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima, by Alger Emergency Medical Service. Jack was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, the patrol reported.
The crash is still under investigation, the patrol reported.
The vehicle was severely damaged and removed from the scene by Henderson’s Towing.
Assisting at the scene was the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office and McGuffey Fire Department.
