Officers from the state Department of Public Safety’s Ohio Investigative Unit removed alcohol and business proceeds from Los Tocallos Bar and Restaurant, 203 N. Main St., in downtown Fostoria Thursday night for having a defunct liquor license. The agency raided the bar around 9 p.m. after reportedly received an anonymous tip that it was operating without a license. The business will not be permitted to sell alcohol until a valid license is obtained from the Division of Liquor Control. The matter has been referred to the Tiffin-Fostoria Municipal Court.
