State Highway Patrol Trooper J.J. McClain inspects the vehicle of Ed Greeno Sr. on Wednesday at the Hancock County Fairgrounds. The trooper was offering free vehicle safety inspections, which will continue from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. today. Motorists should pull into the fairgrounds from East Sandusky Street and follow the signs. The inspection program is done each year in May as a public service to help motorists prepare their vehicles for the summer vacation season.
