Lane restrictions on Interstate 75 will occur during nighttime hours one day of the week, likely today, for pavement repair.
On June 2 and 3, short-term stops of traffic on Interstate 75 in both directions will occur while setting of bridge beams on the U.S. 224 structure occurs. The stops will occur generally between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. Both northbound and southbound traffic will be affected on the first night. Only northbound traffic will be affected the second night. Law enforcement will slow and stop traffic approaching the interchange and release traffic once each beam has been set. Traffic will be stopped for up to 20 minutes.
